Memorial Day Conference Msg 2 Enjoyments

LOL i have no pens so I gotta use my phone as note taking:

Message 2: Warfare, Christ, will, body, faith, prayer

1. Warfare: from the day we were saved, our Christian life has been a day of warfare. The warfare is in the body but there is something personal in our experience. 
2. Christ is the constituents of the whole armor of God. 
3. Will: the source of conflict is that another will has risen. The victory of the divine will depends on man will. 
4. Body: the armor of God is for the body. 
5. Faith: shield of faith
6. Prayer is the way we apply all the armor

The bride's wedding garment is the uniform she wears for God army. 

2 Cor 10,11: He betrothed them to one husband to present you as a pure virgin to Christ. Take captive every thought unto the obedience of Christ. The enemy attacks through the thoughts. Especially in the morning time. 

Finally, be empowered in the Lord and in the might of His strength. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the stratagems of the devil. Eph 6:10-11

The Lord preserved us in the fall that we may be touched. He also preserved our will so we have a choice. 

Choose to be empowered to allow Him to do what He wants to do. With God, all things are possible. Ie: virgin Mary 

We need to exercise our subdued and resurrected will to choose. Offer ourselves willingly for what He wants to do at the end of the age. 

We cannot fight the spiritual warfare in ourselves. We can fight in the Lord and in the might of His strength. We have a choice to turn to the spirit. 

To sit with Christ is to participate in all His accomplishments, to walk in His body is to fulfill God's eternal purpose, and to stand in His power is to fight against God enemy.  MDC Msg 2

In our living- two things are prominent- thinking and speaking. 

Armor parts:

1. Girded your loins with truth: God experienced by us in our daily living. If we would apply Christ, we are experiencing the girding 
   
2. Breastplate of righteousness: Christ is the breastplate that covers our conscience. We need a clear conscience without offences toward God and man. Covering with the blood of the Lamb. 
3. Shod your feet with the firm foundation of the gospel of peace: Christ has made peace for us on the cross. He was our peace on the cross. We need to stand in peace so we can fight. Peace with God and peace with other members of Body. 
4. Shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the flaming darts of the evil one:- flaming darts=Satan temptation, proposals, doubts, questions, lies, attacks. Satan knows what works for each of us to attack us. We have to believe that the Lord's death destroyed Satan. Faith has not only to do with spirit but with our will, the strongest part of our heart. When our will is subdued and resurrected it serves the Lord well. Lord strengthen my will into my inner man to stand with you. (Eph ls 65)
   
5. Helmet of salvation: Satan injects fears, negative things into our mind. We need the helmet of salvation, which is God's salvation to cover our thoughts. 
6. Sword of the Spirit, which Spirit is the word of God: when we take in the word, everything within us is slain
7. Prayer: prayer involves a battle a fight between God and Satan. When we decide to pray, things happen. When we have that kind of prayer, tell Him all. We need set times of prayer to pray for His interest, His move, etc. 

He is real, living, present, and available. Have faith in God. Have Faith in God heart. His heart towards us is always good. The enemy takes advantage when we passing through trials to accuse God. Satan comes to us to accuse God. The Lord will fulfill His word. 

What we need to have faith in: 

God

God will

God sovereignty: Even our mistakes work for good. Lord, you can never make a mistake. He is the sovereign one and His heart is good towards us. We see years later how that mistakes turned to good. Lord, amen I trust you and I love you. You can never be wrong. 

God does not always let you make mistakes. If that mistake that God did not allow, then we wouldn't make that mistake. 

Lord, continually gain my heart for your good pleasure. I want my will to be one with you, to apply these armor everyday. Cover and sanctify my mind, emotion and will. Take every thought and make it obedient to Christ. Lord I offer myself willingly, cover me with your blood to have a clear conscience. Lord I praise you for you are my faith and you are never wrong for you are the sovereign God. Your heart towards us is always good and you are never wrong. Take away this heart of unbelief within me. Praise you Lord the victory has been won. I stand completely in ascension and in your victory. Praise the Lord!!!
